Lots of sunshine, ski slopes above the tree line, a fun park and a children’s area – despite its relatively small size the ski centre Sillian in the Hochpustertal valley offers everything that is also offered in larger ski areas.
The ski are Sillian Hochpustertal, close to the Austrian-Italian border, offers a small but varied network of slopes with their south-east-facing slopes, ranging from 1,100 to over 2,400 metres above sea level. There are many red slopes for carving, including the long runs to the villages of Sillian and Außervillgraten, but also some blue slopes for beginners. Last but not least, there are also black slopes for real ski pros, where everyone can show off their skills.
For children there is a lot to see and experience in the “Bobo Kids Club” with its own beginners’ area near the top station of the Sillian cable car. Snowboarders and freestylers can work on their tricks and flips in the fun park, which offers features and obstacles for beginners and pros alike.
